This lesson is on lunar cycles of the moon and how they are an important part of Ramadan. The students not only learn about the moon’s lunar cycle, but also what the moon looks like during the start of Ramadan & the end of Ramadan. Since Muslims base the first day of Ramadan off of the moon. The when Eid occurs, based on the moon.
