Let’s make sure to wake up those senses, and luckily there are so many fantastic ways to do that. Light a fabulous smelling candle to help you out. The smell of the candle will fill the air, hopefully helping you to perk up.

Not into candles? How about diffusing some oils, or even taking an oil and rubbing it, with a carrier, on the skin. We love diffusing scents in a diffuser to help wake us up, like rosemary, eucalyptus, lemon, jasmine, orange and more. Bonus points for a cute diffuser.

Now let’s wake your face up. When you’re feeling in need of a refresh, spritz on some facial spray on. It will literally perk your face up and while giving you a little glow. Now take some chapstick/lipstick and put that on your lips. Then finish up with some lotion. Not only will you have physically woken up your face, but you’ll look and smell good now.

Next, wake up your mind with desk gadgets and stress balls. Anything that gets your hands and mind moving will do. Sometimes you just need to walk away from a task and do something mindless to refocus.

Perhaps you’ll feeling a little stressed, let’s relax your neck and back with a few massages. This can also help to re focus your work efforts and stimulate you to wake up. That Ramadan tiredness really is hard sometimes.

Lastly, get moving. Stop and stretch your body. Maybe it’s just your feet or hands. But if you can pop up and take a quick walk around the office, or outside, you’ll get your blood flowing and remind your body it’s not nap time, but work time.
